- How long is a typical session?
- Initial assessments are usually 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30–45 minutes of one-to-one treatment.
- Where is QuadZone located?

- Do you offer dry needling in Muscat?
- Yes. Dry needling is provided by trained physiotherapists as part of manual therapy for muscle pain and trigger points.
- What is ANF Therapy and is it available in Oman?
- ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency) Therapy uses bio-frequency discs to support natural healing. QuadZone was the first clinic to offer ANF Therapy in Oman.
- Do you use VALD or AI assessment tools?
- Yes. We use VALD DynaMo for strength testing and Kinetisense for AI 3D postural analysis to guide objective rehabilitation.
